Application
Functional Integrity cable for use in vital communication and emergency systems that must be operational during a fire. The cable has a design that ensures operation for 1½ hours in fires up to 750 °C. With non-metallic rodent protection and for a high tensile force of 2500 N. For fixed installation indoors and outdoors, in cable ducts and pipes.
Construction
Jelly filled loose tube, outer diameter 3.5 mm with 2-12 optical fibres and outer diameter 4.0 mm with 14-24 optical fibres.
Tube colour: Yellow (E9/125), green (G50/125)
Fiber colour: Acc. to IEC 60304
FRNC, blue.
Wall thickness approx. 1.2 mm.
With two opposed ripcords under the jacket.
Inner fire barrier: Fire protection tape made of woven glass
Outer fire barrier: Multifunctional E-glass yarns, wrapped in two layers (left and right spin), as strain relief element and non-metallic rodent protection
